Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PeptaVault is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Theft occurring after delivery

If a shipment is lost in transit, customers should contact both the carrier and PeptaVault so that we may assist in investigating the issue.


Damaged Shipments

  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
